Meet: 10.00am 1/2mile up Brightholmlee Lane, Wharncliffe Side.
(Turn left off A6102 Oughtibridge to Stocksbridge road, just before the Blue Ball Public House)
Great walk, on a cold but sunny morning. total of 34 walkers attended. Most unusual bird was a pure white crow, other birds of note were, Sparrowhawk, Grey Wagtail and Dipper.

(Leave M1 J31 take A57 Worksop Road. At Red Lion traffic lights turn left onto B6463. Pass South Yorkshire Caravans, straight on at roundabout along Common Road, then first left onto St John's Road. The church is on the left.

(Leave M1 at Barlborough J31. turn left onto A616 through Clowne, turn left at Cresswell village onto B6042 and follow signs to Visitor Centre.
In the afternoon we will have an opportunity to visit the caves which are famous for their neolithic cave paintings. There is a small charge.
